point in a now existing neighborhood road which tuna along the common boundary linen of the
properties d' J. F. Duke and J. E. Henderson at the point where such road turns to the north-
west in Survey No. 410, B. B. B. & C. Ry. Ce.; and terminating in the A. E. line of the prop-
ertp of Charles R. Rodgers in 3urveq No. 1576, G. C. & S. F. Ry. Co. approximately 300 yards
from the N. W. corner of the North 1/2 of said Survey No. 1576, and it appearing to the Court
that notice of said Application has been given, as required by law; ~'i
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by ~
the court, and it is so ordered by the court that Frank Thomason, E. M. Peters, William Karger~
Rarvey Mosty sad Felix Klein, five freeholders of said County, be and are hereby appointed a
Jury of View, a majority of whom mnp, after taking the prescribed oath before a properly auth-
orised person, proceed to assess damages, if any are claimed, and with the County Surveyor, to
lay out, survey and describe each Road to the greatest advantage to the public, so that the 'i
name can be traced with certainty; and the field notes of such survey or description of the
Road, together with a statement of the damages assessed, 1f any, shall be Sncluded in the re-
port of the Jury, and if adopted, shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Commissioners" Court
And St is further ordered, that the said Jury make a report in this Cause at the next regular
meeting of this Court.

"In KERB COUNTY a FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD FROM State 16, 7 miles Southwest of Kerrville, blast
to Camp Maddox, a distance of approximately 4.6 miles, is hereby designated subject to the
availability of funds in the Farm-to-Market Road Fund of the State Highway Department as estab-
lished by Senate B111 287, Acts 1949, 51st Legislature and appropriated by House Bill 426, Acts
X951, 52nd Legislature, £or the improvement bf Farm-to-Market Roads by the Texas Highway De-
~artment during the biennium from September 1, 1951 to August 31, 1953, and subject to the
:urther condition that Kerr County will furnish all required right-of-way of cost to the State.
Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the proper officials of Kerr Covnty
the State Highway Engineer Ss directed to proceed with the preparation of plans for construct-

This the 5th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the right
of way deeds covering 4.343 acres of land conveyed to Kerr County from the heirs of Cena Sodic
deceased, and the guardian for Andrew Sodich, Jr., NCM, and it appearing to the court that the
two estates are entitled to $600,00 per acre of which one-f ourtlz interest being in the aggreg-
ate of $651.45 belongs to the Guardianship of Andrew Sodich, Jr», NCM and an undivided three-
fovrths interest being in the principal sum of $1,954.35 is due the heirs of Cena 5odich, deed
which is in full settlement of such Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way along Highway
#27, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by
the court,that the County Clerk be hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasures
payable to Josephine Sodich and Walter Sod ich, heirs of Cena Soilich, deceased, in the amount
of $1,954.35 and voucher payable to Josephine Sodich, Guardian of the Estate of Andrew Sod ich,
Jr., NCM in the amount of $651.45 out of Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Aight of Way Fund Hwy.
