D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the right of way deeds covering 4.343 acres of land conveyed to Kerr County from the heirs of Cena Sodic deceased, and the guardian for Andrew Sodich, Jr., NCM, and it appearing to the court that the two estates are entitled to $600,00 per acre of which one-f ourtlz interest being in the aggreg- ate of $651.45 belongs to the Guardianship of Andrew Sodich, Jr», NCM and an undivided three- fovrths interest being in the principal sum of $1,954.35 is due the heirs of Cena 5odich, deed which is in full settlement of such Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way along Highway #27, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court,that the County Clerk be hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasures payable to Josephine Sodich and Walter Sod ich, heirs of Cena Soilich, deceased, in the amount of $1,954.35 and voucher payable to Josephine Sodich, Guardian of the Estate of Andrew Sod ich, Jr., NCM in the amount of $651.45 out of Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Aight of Way Fund Hwy. #27. -o-o-o-o-o-o- The foregoing minutes from page 612 to page 622, inclusive were Yead in open court and found to be true and correct, are hereby approved th s the 14th day of January, A.
