This the 5th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the right
of way deeds covering 4,343 acres of land conveyed to Kerr Country from the heirs of Cena SodicF
deceased, and the guardian for Andrew Sodich, Jr., NCM, and it appearing to the court that the

two estates are entitled to $600,00 per acrd of which one-fourth interest be log 1n the aggreg-
ate of $651,45 belongs to the Guardianship of Andrew Sodich, Jr., NCM and an undivided three-
fourths interest being in the principal sum of $1,954.35 is due the heirs of Cena Sodich, dec'
which is in full settlement of such Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way along Highway
#27, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by
the court,that Lhe Covnty Clerk be hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasure:
payable to Josephine Sodich and Walter Sodich, heirs of Cena Salich, deceased, in the amount
of $1,954,35 and voucher payable to Josephine Sodich, Guardian of the Estate of Andrew Sodich,
Jr., NCM in the amount of $651.45 out of Kerrville-Ingram Road N~ Bridge Right of Way Fund Hwy.
