se paratelq; therefore by motion duly made by Ecks teini, seconded by Molter and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund and Road &
Bridge Fund be approved Łor payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge
#1 be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and
unanimously approved by the courts after motion having been made by Molter, seconded by Goff
and unanimously approved by the court that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge
#2 be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Hridge #3 and
R & B RW Fd. FM 1341 be approved for payment after motion having been made by Goff, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against
Road & Bridge ~+, Road & Brld ge Right of Way Fd. Hwy 39 and Kv-Ing. Road Ac Bridge Right of Way
Fd. Hwy 27 be approved for payment,after motion having been made by Molter, seconded by Qowe 11
and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw
vouchers against the County Treasurer Sn like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn
on the respective Funds according to law.

court that all claims and accounts filed against Road. & Bridge #1, Kerr Co. Lateral Road &
Bridge #1, Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Fd. Hwy 27, Road & Bridge Right of Way Fd. FM 1341
and the General Fund be apprvoed for payment, after ˘iotl on having been made by Goff, seconded
by Molter and unanimously approved by the court and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed
to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to
