G 2 3 I claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and Sts respective precincts since the last term ~~ of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separately; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously ap- proved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund and Road & Brld ge Fund be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1 ba approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; after motion having been made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2 be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 and R & H RW Fd. FM 1341 be approved for payment after motion having been made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge ~+, Road & Hrid ge Right of Way Fd. Hwy 39 and Kv-Ing. Road Rc Bridge Right of Way Fd.
