This the 15th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
fixing of the salary of Virgil V. Parsons, City-Count.Y Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and
it appearing to the court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr
County jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore granted a salary of $1800.00 per annum for
Its pro rata part, together with $3~•~ Per annum as traveling expense and an additional
$300.00 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage
driven, at the rate of 5¢ Per mile, otherwise for the exact mileage at said rate. In the
opinion of the court, said officer should be re-granted said amount and allowance.
Therefore by motion duly made by Ecks teln, seoonded by Molter and unanimously approved by
the court, that the salary of Virgil V. Paraons,City-County Sanitarian, be fixed at $1800.00
per annum, payable $150.00 par month beginning January 31, 1952 and that $300.00 Per annum be
granted as traveling expense payable $25.00 each month beginning January 31, 1952 and an addit-
ional amount not to exceed $300.00, payable-$25.00 monthly, upon the presentation of an itemize
account rendered for both the City and County nt the rate of 5¢ per mile, and the County Clerk
be, and is hereby dlrectiad-~to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts and
in accordance with a sworn affidavit as to the total mileage driven in performance of his duty
Sanitarian, and payable to said officer out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

of Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, for the ensuing year 1952, and St appearing to the
court that said officer will be satisfied with $3600.00 and that said amount should be granted;

court that the salary of Sheriff Earl Garrett, be fixed at $3600.00 per annum payable $300.00
a month beginning January 31, 1952 to be drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County by proper
