D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the fixing of the salary of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr County Jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore granted a salary of $1800.00 per annum for its pro rata part, together with $300.00 per annum as traveling expense and an additional $300.00 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage ven, at the rate of 5¢ per mile, otherwise for the exact mileage at said rate.
