Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr County jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore granted a salary of $1800.00 per annum for its pro rata part, together with $300.00 per annum as traveling expense and an additional $300.00 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage driven, at the rate of 54 per mile, otherwise for the exact mileage at said rate. In the opinion of the court, said officer should be re-granted said amount end allowance.
