This the 15th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the salar
of Chas. A. Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Commissioners Preclnct #4, and 1t appear-
ing to the court that said Deputy's salary should be fixed at $1500.00 per annum, for the en-
suing year.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by
the court, that the salary of Chas. A. Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at X1500.00 per annum
payable in monthly installments of (125.00 beginning January 31, 1952, and the County Clerk be
and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in said amount at the clo
of each month on the General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 5424. FIXING SALARY OF VIRGIL STORMS, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT #1,
This the 15th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered the saltFY of Virgil
Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, it appearing to the court that
said officer is entitled to a salary, and that said officer being entitled to his fees of
office, that $600.00 should be sufficient salary per annum. Therefore, by motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court that the salary of Virg
Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, be fixed at 2600.00 per annum for the ensuing year
and beginning January 31, 1952. The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher
against the County Treasurer is monthly installments of $50.00 each, payable to said officer
out of the Gene3 Fund of Kerr County.

It appearing to the court that said officer is entitled to fees of his office and that he shoal
be allowed some compepsation for the ensuing year 1952, and that in the opinion of the court,
$300.00 should be granted. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and
unanimously approved by the court, .that the salary of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace,
Precinct #2> Kerr County, Texas, be fixed at X300.00 per annum payable to said Officer in in-
stallments of X25.00 each, beginning January 31, 1952. The County Clerk be, and is hereby
to draw voucher against the County Treasurer for said amount, payable out of the
General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 5426. AUTHORITY FOR TAX COLLECTOR AND COUNTY CLERK TO TRADE IN FOUR OLD TYPEWRITERS.
This the 15th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be heard by the court, tho request
of E. H. NSchols, Tax Assessor & Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for his authority to trade
in a 26 inch Underwood typewriter and two 12 inch Underwood typewriters for two new 15 inch
typewriters, one being an interchangeable 26 lnah carriage. Wherefore, the court having con-
sidered that the county has two 26 inch carriage Underwood machines beyopd repairing, one of
which belongs to the County Clerk's office and the other two to the County Tax Colleatur's
