This the 15th day of January, A~ D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court, the appli cation of E. H. Nichols, Yax 4ssessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, requesting four reg~ ular deputies at a probable salary of $9,400.00 and extra help and typist at a probable salary of $1,000.00, aggregating a proposed salary Of $10,400.00 for the ensuing year 1952• Such application shows that the proposed receipts for said office for the current year will be $18,900.00 and the probable disbursements not included in deputies applied for above, in the approximate amount of $15,500.00. Wherefore the court having con- sidered that the claim in the amount of $2,363.00 would be one-half of the actual cost to re- move and relocate from the new right of way for State Highway #27 and that this amount Ss fai and Just and should be alloyed.
