APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF LOWER COLORADO RL VER AUTHORITY TO REMOVE AND RELOCATE AN ELECTRIC LINE ACROSS KEARVILLE - INGRAM HWY. #27. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be prey anted to the court by R. M. Mickle, a claim in favor of Lower Colorado River Authority is the amount of $2,363.00 being an undivided one-half expense for the removal and relocation of the electric lines from the new Kerrville-Ingram right a1' way along State Highway #27. Wherefore the court having con- sidered that the claim Sn the amount of $2,363.00 would be one-half of the actual cost to re- move and relocate from the new right of way for State Highway #27 and that this amount Ss fai and dust and should be allowed. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County pay to Lower Colorado River Authority said claim in the amount of $2,363.00, being an undivided one-half expense for removing and relocating and clearing the new Kerrville-Ingram right of way on State Highway #27, and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher in like amount pay~ie out of Kerr- ville-Ingram R ~ B RW Fund. FIXING SALARY OF COUNTY ATTORNEY. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the fixing of the salary of James E. Nugent, County Attorney, and it,appearing to the court that said officer Ss entitled to receive fees and commissions Sn the county and justices courts, and that his salary should be fixed at $900.00 per anhum~ therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of James E.
