No. 5431. APPROVAL OF CLAIM Ck' LOWER C'OI.OAADO RIVER AUTHORITY TO REMOVE AND RELOCATE AN
ELECTRIC LINE ACROSS KEARVILLE - INGAAM HWY. 1127.
This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court by R. M.
Mickle, s claim in favor of Lower Colorado River Authority in the amount of $2,363.00 being
an undivided one-half expense for the removal and relocation of the electric lines from the
new Kerrville-Ingram right cff way along State Highway #27. Wherefore the court having con-
sidered that the claim in the amount of $2,363.00 would be one-half of the actual coat to re-
move and relocate from the new right of way for State Highway #27 and that this amount Ss fai
and dust and should be allowed. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County pay to Lower Colorado River Authority
said claim in the amount of $2,363.00, being an undivided one-half expense for removing and
relocating and clearing the new Kerrville-Ingram right of way on State Highway #27, and that
the County Clerk De and is hereby directed to draw voucher in like amount pay~te out of Kerr-
ville-Ingram R & B RW Fund. Hwy. #27.

No. 5432. FIXING SALARY OF S. GOLD, COUNTY TREASURER.
This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, after motion having been duly made by Molter,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of the County Treas-
urer for the ensuing year 1952, shall be and is hereby fixed at $2,000.00 per annum payable
in the sum of $166.66 per month.
No. 5433• FIRING SALARY OF COUNTY ATTORNEY.
This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
fixing of the salary of James E. Nugent, County Attorney, and it.aippearing to the court that
said officer is entitled to receive fees and commissions in the county and ~ustlces courts,
and that h18 salary should be fixed at $900.00 per annum, therefore bq motion duly made by
Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of James E.
Nugent, County Attorney, be fixed at $900.00 per annum, payable in installments of $75.00 per
