APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY TO REMOVE AND RELOCATE AN ELECTRIC LINE ACROSS KEARVILLE - INGAAM HWY. #27. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court by R. M. Mickle, a claim is favor of Lower Colorado River Authority Sa the amount of $2,363.00 being an undivided one-half expense for the removal and relocation of the electric lines from the new Kerrville-Ingram right of way along State Highway #27. Wherefore the court having con- sidered that the claim in the amount of $2,363.00 would be one-half of the actual coat to re- move and relocate from the sew right of way for State Highway #27 and that this amount is fai and dust and should be allowed. Nugent, County Attorney, and it.appearing to the court that said officer is entitled to receive fees and commissions in the county and ~ustlces courts, and that his salary should be fixed at $900.00 per annum therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of James E. Nugent, County Attorney, be fined at $900.00 per annum, payable in installments of $75.00 per month, beginning January 31, 1952, the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers agains the County Treasurer in said monthly amount payable to said officer out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
