No. 538. RIXING SALARY OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT #1. This 4he 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court ,. the fix- ing~of the salary of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Precinct #1, said weigher has heretofore been paid a salary-of $100.00 per month, as peT'agreement with the City oŁ Kerrville. Said Public Weigher has heretofore averaged in the vicinity of $90.00 in monthly collections for the performance of his duties as Weigher, and that the City of Kerrville is desirous of paying one half of the deficiency of the fees collected up to $100.00 not exceeding $25.00 a month, and that said officer should deposit with the County Treasurer of Kerr County, all the fees collected in the performance of said office together with a copy of all the weights of each transaction together with a monthly report covering the report of collections and deposits made with the County Treasurer. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that the salary oŁ Albert Wilson, Public Weigher be reset at $100.00 per month with any deficiency up to $100.00 of the collections, to be divided bet- ween Kerr Covnty and the City of Kerrville, not exceeding $25.00 a month .on the City's part, and that said Public Weigher submit to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, a copy of all public weight slips together with his cash receipts and file a monthly report with the County Clerk at the close of each month, with the attached receipt of the County Treasurer of the cos receipts deposited in the General Fund of Kerr County. The County Clerk is further directed to present a bill to the City Council of the City of Kerrville for the amount between one-half of the deficiency of the fees collected and the $100.00 salary not to exceed $25.00 in any one month. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5439. GRANTING PAUPER ALLOWANCE TO SYLVESTER IVY IN AMOUNT CF $15.00 PER!MONTH. This the 16th day of January, p. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the dire necessity of assistance to be rendered to Sylvester Ivy, a State welfare recipient, receiving his full benefits through said agency which is insufficient. It appearing to the court that the amount of $15.00 per month has heretofore been paid to such pauper, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the sum of Fifteen and No/100 ($15.00) Dollars be paid to said Sylvester Ivy each month, beginning Jan- uary 10, 1952, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County mreasurer in the amount of $15.00 each month, payable ont of the General Fund of Kerr County, until further determined by this court. ALLOWANCB TO SALLY BUTCHER, PAU@ER. -o-o-o-o-o- On this the 16th day of Tanuary, p: D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the assistance of State Welfare Department to Sally Butcher, being previously assisted by the cou ip the impuht'of $10:00'per month, and that said Sally Hatcher is still dependent upon the county and that 1n the descretion of the court, she should be allowed the sum of $10.00 a month, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the Covnty Treasurer in the amount of $10.00 per month on the General Fund of Kerr County, beginning January 31, 1952, payable to Sally Hatcher until further determined by the court. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5W+1.
