D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court ,. the fix- ing~of the salary of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Precinct #1, said weigher has heretofore ~'~ been paid a salary-of $100.00 per month, as peiagreement with the Clty of Kerrville. Said Public Weigher has heretofore averaged in the vicinity of $70.00 in monthly collections for the performance of his duties as Weigher, and that the City of Kerrville is desirous of paying one half of the deficiency of the fees collected up to $100.00 not exceeding $25.00 a month, and that said officer should deposit with the County Treasurer of Kerr County, all the fees collected in the performance of said office together with a copy of all the weights of each transaction together with a monthly report covering the report of collections and deposits made with the County Treasurer. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that the salary of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher be reset at $100.00 per month with any deficiency up to $100.00 of the collections, to be divided bet- ween Kerr County and the City of Kerrville, not exceeding $25.00 a month,on the City's part, and that said Public Weigher submit to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, a copy of all public weight slips together with his cash receipts and file a monthly report with the County ~, Clerk at the close oŁ each month, with the attached receipt of the County Treasurer of the cas J receipts deposited in the General Fund of Kerr County. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the dire necessity of assistance to be rendered to Sylvester Ivy, a State welfare recipieht, receiving his full benefits through said agency which is insufficient. It appearing to'the court that the amount of $15.00 per month has heretofore been paid to such pauper, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the sum of Fifteen and No/100 ($15.00) Dollars be paid to said Sylvester Ivy each month, beginning Jan- uary 10, 1952, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of $15.00 each month, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, until further determined by this court. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5440. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the assistance of State Welfare nepartment to Sally Butcher, being previously assisted by the cou ip the amount'of {10:00 per month, and that said Sally Hutcher is still dependent upon the county and that in the descretion of the court, she should be allowed the sum of $10.00 a month; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of $10.00 per month on the General Fund of Kerr County, beginning January 31, 1952, payable to Sally Butcher until further determined by the court. -O-O'O-O-O-O- N J No. 51+41. PAUPER ALLOWANCE TO TEMPLE H. SHELTON. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the dire necessity of a continued allowance to Temple H. HILL ON .241 ACRE IN RE: KERRVILIE-ING- RAM HIGHWAY #27. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the pur- chase of .241 of an acre out of Sur. 126, R. Nichols at a price of $600.00 an acre, and the damage for moving the gas storage tank located on said property; wherefore the court having considered that damages in the amount oŁ $586.40 would be reasonable and that at such time feasible title is conveyed to the State oŁ Texas, that the payment of $144.60 for the acreage and $586.40 for the damages should be made, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded ,_ by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby direc~~ ed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer payable to the owners of said .241 acre or to Sohn P. Hill, attorney in fact for Samuel B. Hill, or the owners thereof in the amount of $731.00, payable out of the Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund.
