. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the pur-
chase of .241 of an acre out of Sur. 126, R. Nichols at a price of $600.00 an acre, and the
damage for moving the gas storage tank located on said property; wherefore the court having
considered that damages in the amount of $586.40 would be reasonable and that at such time
feasible title is conveyed to the State of Texas, that the payment of $144.60 Łor the acreage
and $586.40 for the damages should be made, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby direct
ed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer payable to the owners of said .241 acre or to
John P. Hill, attorney in fact for Samuel B. Hill, or the owners thereof in the amount of
$731.00, payable out of the Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Rlght of Way Fund. Hwy. #27> upon
proper instrument vesting feasible title unto the State of Texas by proper conveyance from the
owners thereof and by proper power of attorney, if executed in such capacity, showing the
proper authority thereof.
