an aggregate of $469.80 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr Coun
Texas, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be appro~

of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, of all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
of December, 1951, in the amount of $170.85, and it appearing to the court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct, and should be approved
by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously appr-
oved by the court.

COURT, PRECINCT #1.
This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of December, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of $194.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $84.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said ~
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made by
Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved
and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $84.00 to Judge Storms
to-wit: $ 60.50 out of the General Fund and $23.50 out of Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County.
