D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering _ ~ the month of December, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, ~udgmenis and fury fees col- lected, showing a sum of $86.85 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling said officer to a fee of $39.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $39.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit: $13.00 out of Road & Bridge and $26.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5455. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the deed conveying right of way property, properly executed by Paul H, Flsher, the sole owner thereof, valued at the rate of $800.00 per acre, and it appearing to the court that said deed conveys ~_ Feasible title to the State of Texas and that Mr. Paul H. Fisher is entitled to $32.80 For the 1 O.d+l of an acre in full settlement thereof; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in amount of $32.80 payable to Paul H. Fisher for 0.041 acres figured at the rate of $800.00 per acre, payable out of Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Hwy, 1127, for the full and final settlement for said right oŁ way.
