.report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas for the month of
December, 1951, showing an actual and necessary expense of $562.50 incurred by him in the con-
duct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true
and correct and such expenditures should be approved, therefore by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

an actual and necessary expense of $3.32 incurred by him in the conduct oP his office during
said month, and it appearing to the court that said mport is tree and correct and such expend-
itures should be approved therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unan-
imously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering
_ ~~ the month of December, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, 3udgments and fury fees col-
lected, showing a sum of $86.85 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
said officer to a fee of $39.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and
correct, that Bald officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid, therefore by
motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that said
report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $39.00
to Judge Pringle to-wit: 813.00 out of Road & Bridge and ?$26.00 out of the General Fund of
Kerr County, Texas.

KERRVILLE-INGRAM HIGHWAY 27.
This the 16th day of January, A. D, 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the deed
conveying right of way property, properly a xecuted by Paul H, Fisher, the sole owner thereof,
valued at the rate of 8800.00 per acre, and it appearing to the court that said deed conveys
~ ~ feasible title to the State of Texas and that Mr. Paul H. Fisher is entitled to $32.80 for the
1 0,041 of an acre in full settlement there ofd therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and the County Clerk is hereby directed to
draw voucher against the County Treasurer in amount of 832.80 payable to Paul H. Fisher for
0.041 acres figured at the rate of $800.00 per acre, payable out of Kerrville-Ingram Road &
Bridge Right of Way Fund Awy, #27, for the full and final settlement for said right of way.
