This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Pre-
cinct #Is -showing an aggregate of $74.70 collected for the month of December, 19$1, and it
appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that
the City be sent a bill for their pro rata share in the amount of $12.65 due the General Fund
of Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and unanimously
approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to bill
the City for the amount of $12.65 to be deposited in the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas
upon collection.

contract between E. H. Nichols, Tax Collector and Assessor of Kerr County, Texas, and Mrs.
E. A. Treece for compiling delinquent tax roll for the years 1919 through 1950 at a proposed
price of 8˘ per item or written line, and it appearing to the court that such price is sea;
able and dust and in the opinion of the court should be approved, therefore by motion duly
made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that Mrs. E. A.
be awarded contract as prayed for at a price of 8˘ per item or 8˘ per written line.

seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed
against Kerr County since the last meeting of this court be approved for payment and ordered
paid out of the respective funds.

months November and December, 1951, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State
and County collected by him during said months, with a certificate of audit by the County
Clerk as to his examinAtion of said reports and stubs and as to the correctness as to names,
dates, and amounts on each, and it appearing to the court that said reports together with
tax receipt stubs, filed herein are correct, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, second
by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk.
