annum, it appearing to the court that acid salary should be amended to not exceed 52040.00 per
annum instead of 51875.00 per snoop providing the fees of said office are sufficient to make
such disburasmsat; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, secasded by Powell and unanimously
approved by the court, that the County Clerk be authorised at his diacrstlon, to pay the second
deputy of his office a salary not to exceed 52040.00 par annum.
