D., 1953, after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court that the following resolution be spread upon the minutes of this court as follows to-wit: RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Court of Kerr County, Texas, sitting in special session, thct the 2nd day oP January, 1953, THAT it is proper that EARL GAFRETT, who has ser- ved as Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the past four years receive public acknowledgment for the efficient, fair, just and friendly manner in which he has conducted the affairs of that office, for which this court desires to express its sincere appreciation.
