Nichols Tsa Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, applying for authority to appoint five deputies and extra help at proposed salary of ;12,707.80 which application shows the probable receipts of his office for the ensuing year to be X19250.00 with additional disbursements not including the deputies applied for in the amount of X1300.00. It appearing to the court that this application should be granted in so far, as the deputies applied for is concerned, and that the proposed salaries applied for, be rejected at this time, and that said salaries should be approved end fixed by the court, sitting at its regular Jan- uary term.
