No. 5868. ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF R. Y. NICHOLS, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOk AND COLLECTOR.
This the 2nd day of January, A. D., 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the
application of E. H. Nichols Tax Assessor and Collector for his authority to appoint and de-
putize R. V. Nichols as Deputy Tax Assessor and Collector. It appearing to the court that said
officer is entitled to said de~~uty and that said application should be approved; therefore by
motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court, that
said officer is authorized to deputize said deputy, and that said appointment is to date from
January 2nd, 1953, and to continue in force until revoked by said officer or be otherwise
terminated and that the compensation of said deputy is to be paid solely from the fees of said
office.

putize, Marea Plake as Deputy Tae Assessor and Collector, and it appearing to the court that
