Do. 5873. ORDER AUTHORI'LING APFOINTNiENT OF L. E. DUNPAR, DEPUTY SHERIFF.
This the 12th day of January, A. D. 195, game on to be considered by the court, the
application of Oliver Moore, Sheriff, for his authority to appoint and deputize L. ~. Dunbar
as Deputy Sheriff, and it appearing to the court that said officer is entitled to said deputy
and that said application should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court that said officer is authorized to deputize
said deputy and that said appointment is to date from January 2nd, 1953, and to continue in
force until revoked by said officer or be otherwise terminated.

No. 5874. APPFOVAL Oi+ CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th day of January A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts, since the last time of
this court, and it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against Road and
fridge No. 1, Road and fridge No. 2, Road and Bridr~e No. 3, Road and Bridge No. 4, Kerr County
Lateral Road and fridge No. 3, Kerr County Lateral Road and Bridge No. 2, General Fund, and
Road and Fridge fund, be approved for payment. 'Pherefore motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded
by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby direct-
ed to draw voucher on the County Treasurer, for the respective amounts of each bill fil~sd
against the respective funds in payment thereof.
The weekly pay roll vouchers issued by the County Clerk as per Commissioner Court Order
No. 5800, dated November 12th, 1952, be and is hereby approved and confirmed for the vreeks
ending January 3rd, 1953, and January 10th, 1953, and the County Clerk be, and is hereb;~ direct-
ed to keep such sworn affidavit on file in Iris office.

No. 5875. APPROVAL OF PdONTHLY RF•PORT OF FINF,S, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE

This the 12th day of January A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ~jl, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of December, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of :283.30 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling h';m to
a fee of X99.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Goff, seconded by Povrell, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approv-
ed and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of :99.00 to Judpr,e
Storms to-wit:
X33.00 out of the Road & fridge Fund and :66.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County,
Texas.

This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court the einnual
report of Virgil Parsons, City-County Sanitarian, Kerr County, `Texas, covering his services for
the period ending December 31st, 1952. And it appearing to the court that said reports should
be approved. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seccnded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.
