D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts, since the last time of this court, and it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against Road and fridge No. 1, Road and fridge No. 2, Road and Bridr~e No. 3, Road and Bridge No. 4, Kerr County Lateral Road and fridge No. 3, Kerr County Lateral Road and Bridge No. 2, General Fund, and Road and Fridge fund, be approved for payment. 'Pherefore motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby direct- ed to draw voucher on the County Treasurer, for the respective amounts of each bill fil~sd against the respective funds in payment thereof.
