This the 12th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined, the monthly expense
., report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of
December, A. D. 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of ~f381.25, incurred by him in
the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report
is true and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made
by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures in-
dicated therein.

ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct ~2, of Kerr Count;T, Texas, covering
the month of December, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and Jury i'ees
collected showing a sum of ~13.lOcollected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
him to a fee of X6.00 and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, and
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report
be approved and that the County Clerk he, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of ._6.00 to
Judge Pringle, to-wit: X2.00 payable out of the R. & P. Fund and ~4.U0 out of General Fund of

report of Guy Powell, County Agent, Kerr County, Texas, covering his services for the month of
December 1952. Arid it appearing to the court that said report should be approved. Therefore
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Foovell, and unanimously approved by the court, and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.
