This the 12th day of January, 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly re-
port of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of December, 1952, showing an actual and
necessary expenditure of ~-1095.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said
month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved;
therefore by motion duly made by Doff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the
court for such expenditures therein.

No. 5883. APPROVAL OF N:ONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS PY THE SHERIFF.
This the 12th day of January, 1953, came on to be examined by the court the report of
collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
of November, 1952, in the amount of X338.35, and it appearing to the court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved
by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously
approved by the court.

collected in tha County Clerk's office of said County for the month ending December 31st, 1952,
in the amount of a~109.15 which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved,
therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by 'the
court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.
