This the 12th day of January, A. P. 1953, came on to be presented to the court the claim
in the amount of .75.00 for surveying a new location along State Highway Far;n to lvarket No.
689, along the properties of William Purney, H. r;. rockhoff, and E. G. Pritchett. It appearing
to the court that Louis Domingues was requested by this body to make such survey and that the
fee applied for should be allowed Nir. Domingues out of the Road and Prid`re 1~'und. ~rherefore by
motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the
County Olerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer payable
to Louis Domingues in the amount of k'.75,00 out of the Ro~.d and Pridge Fund o:C Kerr County,
Texas, to cover the surveying for the lew location of State Highway Farm to 1'~larket No. 689.

No. 5891. ORDER FOR PUPLICATION OF NOTICE ON COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR TVJO ENSUING YEARS.
This the 13th day of January, A. P. 1953, came on to be considered by tb.e court the
necessity to make notice of publication for county depository for two ensuing' years as per
article 2544 R. C. S. of The State of Texas, and it appearing to the court th.ot said notice
should be in compliance with Article 2544 R. C. S, to enter into any contract with auy banking
corporation, association or individual banker of said County for the depository of the county
funds of said county in any hank; the.rei'ore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Povrell,
and unanimously approved b,y the court, that the County Judpe be and is hereby directed to issue
such notice by publication in at least one of the local papers located within the City of
Kerrville, Karr County, Texas within twenty days before the regular February term, to comply
