No. 5901. APPROVAL OF COLLECTION OF COUNTY AND STATE 'PEXAS FOR MONTH OF DECEMBER 1952.
This the 14th day of January, A. D. 1953, came orr to be examined by the court the
itemized monthly report and tax receipts of F.. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, for
the month of December, 1952, showing the disposition of all monies owing to the State and
County collected by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as
to his examination of said report and stubs, arrd as to the correctness as to names, dat,e5 and
amounts on each, and it appearing t o the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs,
filed herein, are correct; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and
unanimously approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk.
