FIXING THE SALARY OF THE COUNTY JUDGE. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the salary of the County Judge for the ensuing year, and it appearing to the court that said officer ,-. is ex-officio County Superintendent and receives part of his compensation through said source, and is entitled to retain his fees of office and that his salary should be fixed at ~132U.00 per annum as County Judge and :300.00 per annum as Juvenile Officer of Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of the County Judge be fixed at 71320.00 per annum payable to John H. Leavell in monthly installments of :f 110.00 the first payment to begin January 31st, 1953, and the salary as Juvenile Officer be fixed at z3U0.G0 per annum, payable to said officer in monthly install- menu of ";25.00.
