FIXING THE SALARY OF THE COUNTY JUDGE. This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the salary of the County JudF;e for the ensuing year, and it appearing to the coux•t that said officer is ex-officio County Superintendent and receives part of his compensation through said source, and is entitled to retain his fees of office and that his salary should be f9.xed at x$1326.00 per annum as County Judge and w300.00 per annum as Juvenile Officer of Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of the County Judge be fixed at X1320.00 per annum payable to John R.
