This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the fix-
ing of salary of Irvin Parks, as janitor - custodian of Kerr County for the ensuing year of
1953. It appearing to the court that such salary should be fixed at x;:1800.00 per annum payable
in semi-monthly installments of x75.00 each. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by partel and unanimously approved by the court that the salary for Irvin Parks should be fixed
at "'1800.00 per annum, payable in semi-monthly installments of ~~75.00 each, beginning January
15th, 1953, and on the 1st and 15th of each month thereafter, against the General Fund of
Kerr County, by proper voucher drawn on the County Treasurer.

No. 5912. FIXING SALARY OF ROSS DOUGHTY, DISTRICT JUDGE, AS JUVEIQILE OFFICER.
This the 16th day of January, A. P. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the
salary of District Judge Ross F,. Doughty, as Juvenile officer of Kerr County, and it a_pearing
to the court that said officer is entitled to ''30U.OG per annum and that said salary should be
fixed for that amount.
Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the court, that the salary of Juvenile Officer toss E. Doughty, be fixed at "300.u0 per
annum payahle "25.00 each month, beginning January 31st, 1953. The County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to draw voucher a~-ainst the County Treasurer in said monthly payment, payable
