ing of salary of Irvin Parks, as janitor - custodian of Kerr County for the ensuing year of
1953. It appearing to the court that such salary should be fixed at w1800.U0 per annum payable
in semi-monthly installments of .75.00 each. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by ?artel and unanimously approved by the court that the salary for Irvin Parks should be fixed

This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, t:he
salary of District Judge Ross E. Doughty, as Juvenile officer of Kerr County, and it appearing
to the court that said officer is entitled to !;300.00 per annum and that said salary should be
fixed for that amount.
Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Fowell, and unanimously approved
by the court, that the salary of Juvenile Officer :Ross E. Doughty, be fixed at 3UG.C0 per

firmation of the fixed salary of A. L. Schroeder, Court Reporter of Kerr County, for the en-
suing year 1953, and it appearing to the court that said salary is fixed by the District Judge
and that same should be confirmed by this court in the amount of jp834.63 per annum; therefore

salary of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of i{err County, and it appearing to the court ghat
said officer has been retaining a:~proximately x';1600.00 per annum as fees of said office and
that the previous salary granted has been960.00 per annum and that said amount should be
re-granted; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
by the court that the salary of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, he fixed at kg6U.0U per annum,

I No. 5915. FIXING SALARY OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN.
This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by t;he court, the
fixing of the salary of Virgil V. Farsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and
it appearing to the court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr
Cn~:nty jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore granted a salary of :~1800.U0 per annum
for its pro rata part, together with "3GG.G0 per annum for traveling expense; and an additional
w300.00 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit as to the mileage
driven, at the rate of 5~ per mile, otherwise for the exact mileage at said rate. In the
opinion of the court, said officer sho.,ld be re-granted said amount of salary and traveling
allowance.

the court, that the salary of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian, be fixed at ~180U.00

an additional amount not to exceed ??300.00 payable ~ii25.00 monthly uron the presentation of
an itemized mileage account rendered for both the City and County at the rate of 5~ per mile,
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the: County Treasurer
in like amounts and in accordance with a sworn affidavit as to the total mileage driven in
performance of his duty as Sanitarian, and payable to said officer out of the General rlrnd
of Kerr County.

approved by the court that the salary of Sheriff Oliver Moore, be fixed at y3600.00 per annum,
