This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the fixing of the salary of Virgil V. Farsons, Gity-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the court that said officer is compensated by the City of Kerrville and Kerr Co::nty jointly, and that Kerr County has heretofore ~-ranted a salary of X1800.00 per annum for its pro rata part, together with x'300.00 per annum for traveling expense and an additional :~300.G0 for traveling expense providing said officer made proper affidavit es to the mileage driven, at the rate of 5~ per mile, otherwise for the exact mileage at said rate. In the opinion of the court, said officer should be re-granted said amount of salary and traveling allowance. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of Virgil V.
