Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by
the court, that the salary of Chas. A. Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at ,,";:18UU.U0 pear annum,

to the court that said officer is entitled to a salary and that he should be entitled to the
fees of said office, and that :~6UU.U0 should be a sufficient salary per annum. Therefore by
motion duly made by Cuthrie, seconded by Eartel, and unanimously approved by the court, that
the salary of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ;%1, be Yixed at ..~600.UU per annum,
for the ensuing year, 1953 payable in monthly installments of :,!:50.00 each, beginning January
31st, 1953. The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County
Treasurer in like installments of x50.00 each, payable to said officer out of the General Pund
of Kerr County, and that he be authorized to retain fees of his office, not to exceed the
maximum allowed by law, including his salary herein.
