This the 16th day of January, A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the salary
of Ch,+s. A. Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Commissioners Precinct ;;4, and it appearing
to the court that said Deputy's salary should be fixed at .H:1800.UU per annum, for the ensuing
year 1953.
Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by
the court, that the salary of Chas. A. Rodgers, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at '.y18UU.U0 per annum,
payable in monthly installments of "150.OU beginning January 31st, 1953 and the County Clerk he,
and is hereby directed to draw vouchers aCainst the County Treasurer in said amount at the
close of each month on the general Fund of Kerr County.

This the 16th day of January A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court, the
salary of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ;~1, Kerr County, Texas, it appearing
to the court that said officer is entitled to a salary and that he should be entitled to the
fees of said office, and that :~606.U0 should be a sufficient salary per annum. Therefore by
motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Partel, and unanimously approved by the court, that
the salary of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ;Il, be fixed at .:~6UO.UU per annum,
for the ensuing year, 19>3 payable in monthly installments of :;!:56.00 each, beginning January
31st, 1973. The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County
Treasurer in like installments of :r50.U0 each, payable to e,aid officer out of the General Fund
of Kerr County, and that he be authorized to retain fees of his office, not to exceed the
maximum allowed by law, including his salary herein.

and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of Ira L. Friugle, Justice of the Peace,
Precinct ;;'2, Kerr County, Texas, be fixed at ;p3U0.UU per annum payable to said Officer in
installments of >N25.00 each, beginning January 31st, 1953. The County Clerk be, and is hereby
directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer for said amount, payable out of t.ae
