should be regranted; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel, and unan-
imously approved by the court, that Kerr County allow the sum oP $300.00 per annum for inci-
dentiel eapenaea in favor of the Kerrville Public L16rary. in monthly installments of $25.00
