the County Attorney may prepare any document which he may seem fitting. Therefore by motion

Attorney be authorized to prepare anY necessary document for the Joint board of control of
the City of Kerrville sad Kerr County, to act in regard to the lease operat Iona that may be
required by the use of the City of Kerrville and Kerr County in connection with the operation
