This the 24th day of January, A. D. 2953, came on to be considered by the court, sitting
in ,joint session with repreaenteti vea from the City Council of the City of Kerrville, the
desire that some member oP the oommiasioners court be appointed to represent $err County for
the repair work in rea pact to the needs of the Mooney Aircraft, Zn o. The court being of the
opinion that V. D. Powell is the Commissioner of the preoinet, where the Airport 11 ee, and the
he will be. the proper person to represent Kerr County in this capacity, and that he aho uld b•
appointed. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff ,and unanimously approve
by the court that V. D. Powell be appointed to represent Kerr County on all repair work in
