in ,joint session with repree entetivea Prom the Gity Council of the City of Kerrville, the
den ire that some member of the oommieaionera oourt be appointed to represent Kerr County for
the repair work in respect to the needs of the Mooney Air crept, Ina. The court being of the
opinion that V. D. Powell is the Commissioner of the preoinot, where the Airport lies, and the
he will be. the proper person to represent Kerr County in this capacity, end that he should b•
appointed. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff ,and unanimously approve

quest of Jemea E. Nugent, County Attorney, to prepare all necessary documents for a Point
agreement with the City of Kerrville end Kerr County, to not ea a Joint Board of Control in
regard to any lease operations that may be required in connection with the Mooney Aircraft,
Inc. And it eppeari ng to the court end the representatives present from the City of Kerrville
th et it v:ould ba probably beneficial to both bodies if en agreement xas entered into and that
the County Attorney may prepare any document which he may seem fitting. Therefore by motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, end unanimously approved by the oourt that the County
Attorney be authorized to prepare any necessary document for the Point board of control of
ttte City of Kerrville end Kerr County, to act in regard to the lease operations that may be
required by the use oP the City oP Kerrville end Kerr County in connection with the operations
of the No oney Aircraft, Inc.
