D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court the vacancy in the office of County Surveyor, and it appearing to the court that a County Surveyor should be appointed to fill the vacancy of said office; that said office should be declared vacant and a new County Surveyor be appointed, that Louis Dominguis would be a qualified person. It appearing to the court that said claims and accounts filed against each fund should be paid, and that a confirmation should be entered on Road Bills against Road and Bridge No. 1, and 4, as per sworn statement filed with the County Clerk.
