seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court that the minutes for the month of
January be approved as read in all respects.

T'~is the 9th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the Court the choosing
of Chas. Schreiner Bank (Unincorporated) of Kerrville, Texas, offering its services as deposi-
tory of all County, School and Trust Funds of Kerr County for ensuing two years, and vaithout
payment of interest on daily balances and without service charge to Kerr Cownty, Texas, and with
the understanding that any unnecessary bookkeeping now as being rendered by said depository may
be agreed upon between Commissioners' Court and Depository is to be eliminated, and it appear-
ing to the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank is the Bank chosen in Kerr County, Texas, for said
Depository, as no other bank submitted to the 1'ub=ic notice heretofore made by this Court.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously chosen and
accepted by the Court and that said bank is awarded the County Depository for all County, School
and Trust Funds of the County for the next two years at no interest on daily balances and that
all unnecessary bookkeeping now as being rendered by the depository n:ay be agreed upon betvreen
Commissioners' Court and Depository is to be eliminated, and said Bank, is hereby directed to
make good and sufficient bonds as depository of each of said funds in the proper form pres-
cribed by law and submit same to this Court for approval.
