This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Guy Povaell, County Agent, Kerr County, Texas, covering his servicea for the month
of January, 1953. And it appearing to the court that said reports should t>e approved. There-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court, anc
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

No. 5953. APPROVAL OF P;ONTEILY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS MADE BY TfiE SHERIFF.
This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by the: court, the coll-
ections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas during his term of
office in 1952, for all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties
in said office for the month ending January, 1953 in the amount of 1.25, and it appearing to
the court that the itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted;, are true and
correct and should be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court.

This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by th<; court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct {~2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of January 1953, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments anii Jury fees collecte
showing a sum of ~f30.55, collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of X33.00 and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, and that
said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefor~s by motion duly
made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court, thst said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to pay the fee of $33.00
to Judge Pringle, to-wit: .?11.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and ;22.00 out of the
General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 10th day of February, A. D. 1953 came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of January 1953,
showing an actual and necessary expense of X75.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month.
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and suc:tr expenditures
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously
approved by the court, for the expenditures therein.

report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of January, 1953, showing an actual
and necessary expenditure of X636.90, incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said
month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approv-
ed; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously apprcved by the
court for such expenditures therein.
