No. 5952. APPROVAL OF IL"ONTHLY REPORT OF THE COUNTY AGENT.
This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Guy Powell, County Agent, Kerr County, Texas, covering his services for the month
of January, 1953. And it appearing to the court that said reports should be approved. There-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court, any
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

No. 5953. APPROVAL OF A;OPTPHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS PJPADE BY THE SHERIFF.
This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by the; court, the coll-
actions and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas dui°ing his term of
office in 1952, for all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties
in said office for the month ending January, 1953 in the amount of 1.25, and it appearing to
the court that the itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and
(~-- correct and should be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court.

No. 5954. AFPROVAL OF P.?ONTHLY REFORT OF FINES, JUD~ENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE
COURT, PRECINCT #2.
This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct /~2, of Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of January 1953, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments anti Jury fees collecte
showing a sum of ~f30.55, collected and deposited vrith the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of X33.00 and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, and that
said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly
made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to pay the fee of X33.00
to Judge Pringle, to-wit: X11.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and 122.00 out of the
~, General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

No. 5955. APPROVAL. OF P;':ONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY JUnGE.
This the 10th day oP February, A. D. 1953 came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of January 1953,
showing an actual and necessai°y expense of $75.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month.
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously
approved by the Court, for the expenditures therein.

report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of January, 1953, showing an actual
and necessary expenditure of X606.90, incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said
month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct a.nd should be approv-
ed; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the
court for such expenditures therein.
