D. 1953, came on to be examined bq the court, the monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert 1"Jilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Precinct ;~1, showing an aggregate of x$70.93 collected for the month of January, 1953 and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of Kerrville, should be billed for one-half of the deficit between X70.93 and ';$100.00, which would be in the amount of X14.54 due Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff and seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be ^ and he is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville, for one-half of the deficit between ~7G.93 and X100.00 which is w14.54 for the city's pro rata part, and that such amount when collected should be deposited to the General Fund of t~err County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 5959.
