No. 5957. APPROVAL OF i,+:ONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF 'PAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR.
This the 10th day of February, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
expense report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for the month ^
of January, 1953, showing an actual and necessary expense of X881.25 incurred by him in the
conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true
and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Bartel, and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures.

No. 5958. APPROVAL OF b:ONTfILY EXPENSE REPORT OF ALBERT 4B]ZSOrd, PUBLIC WEIGHER.
This the 10th day of February, A. D. 1953, came on to be examined bq the court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert 1"Jilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Precinct ;~1,
showing an aggregate of x$70.93 collected for the month of January, 1953 and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City of Kerrville,
should be billed for one-half of the deficit between X70.93 and ';$100.00, which would be in the
amount of X14.54 due Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff and seconded by Bartel,
and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be ^
and he is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville, for one-half of the deficit between
~7G.93 and X100.00 which is w14.54 for the city's pro rata part, and that such amount when
collected should be deposited to the General Fund of t~err County.

No. 5959. APPROVAL OF IviONTETLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS N.ADE BY 7HE SHE&IFF
This the 10th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of collections and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff, of Kerr County, Texas, for
all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office
for the month of January, 1953, in the amount of x'97.15, and it appearing to the court that the
itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be
approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Coff, seconded by Bartel, and ~znanimously
approved by the court.
