Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, Kerr Coiulty, Texas, for the Court to set the rates for livestock, cultivated and grazing land. ORDER CORRECTING 1~i0TdTHLY EXPENSE REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JULY FOR COUNTY JUDGE. This the 11th day of February A. ll. 1953 came on to be considered by the court the monthly expense report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, Kerr County, Texas for the month of Julq 1952. It appearing to the court that order No. 5711 so indicated that said report approved expenditures of 7501.20 as being the total expenses during the month of July, 1952, and actually such report covered the first six months of traveling expenses of which January was figured at X50.00 per month and February to July, 1952, inclusive, were figured at X75.00 each, and that this order No. 5711 should be amended to approve said report of traveling expenses for the first six months of 1952. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court that said order No. 5711 be corrected to read "To approve the actual and necessary expense of 7501.20 which covers X1.20 postage for the month of July and X500.00 to cover the first six months traveling expenses of 1952. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 5972. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by th.e court the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County General Fund, since the last term of this court, and it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fund should be approve for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell a.nd unanimously approved by the court that the claims and accounts filed herein be ordered approved for payment out of their respective funds as filed therein. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 5973. INCREASE IN PAUPER ALLO'7ANCE TO SALLIE BUTCHER. This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the necessity to increase the pauper allowance of Sallie Butcher from ;10.00 to ;15.00 a month. It appearing to the court thpt said payments should be made on the last of each month beginning February 28th, 1953 and continuing for each month thereafter until further determined by the court. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by r" the court that the pauper allowance to Sallie Eutcher be increased from ;:10.00 to 7°15.00 per ' month beginning February 28th 1953, and the last of each month thereafter until further deter- mined by the court.
