No. 5971. ORDER CORRECTING MOPdTh'LY EXPENSE REPORT FOR THE IvIONTH OF JULY FOR COUNTY JUDsE.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by the court the monthly
expense report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, Kerr County, Texas for the month of July
1952. It appearing to the court that order No. 5711 so indicated that said report approved
expenditures of x`501.20 as being the total expenses during the month of July, 1952, and
actually such report covered the first six months of traveling expenses of which January was
figured at X50.00 per month and February to July, 1952, inclusive, were figured at X75.00 each,
and that this order No. 5711 should be amended to approve said report of traveling expenses
for the first six months of 1952. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Guthrie
and unanimously approved by the court that said order No. 5711 be corrected to read "To approve
the actual and necessary expense of x`501.20 which covers $;;1.20 postage for the month of July
and X500.00 to cover the first six months traveling expenses of 1952.

No. 5972. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by th.e court the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County General Fund, since the last term oP this court, and
it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fL~nd should be approve
for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by "rowell a.nd unanimously
approved by the court that the claims and accounts filed herein be ordered e.pproved for payment
out of their respective funds as filed therein.

.To, 5973. INCREASE ITS PAUPER ALLO"7ANCE TO SALLIE BUTCHER.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by t:he court the
necessity to increase the pauper allowance of Sallie Butcher from X10.00 to :;15.00 a month.
It appearing to the court thPt said payments should be made on the last of each month beginning
February 28th, 1953 and continuing for each month thereafter until further determined by the
court. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by
r- the court that the pauper allowance to Sallie Buteher be increased from .-X10.00 to X15.00 per

month beginning February 28th 1953, and the last of each month thereafter until further deter-
mined by the court. The County Clerks be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in the amount of X15.00 each r,onth, out of the General Funcl of Kerr County,
Texas, to Sallie Butcher.

the court that the 3 months rental of w540.00 together with the moving of the eeuipment from
Bandera to Kerrville in the amount of X70.00 should be paid enua]ly o.:t of tterr County Lateral
Road and Bridge IvTO, 2 and Road and Bridge No. 4 to the R. I. C. Contractors;, Lessors. There-
fore by motion duly made by Fo~~rell, seconded by ~~off and unanimously approved cy the court that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the
amount of X610.00 payable to R. I. C. Contractors of Bandera; .305.00 out of Kerr County
Lateral Road and Bridge Pdo. 2 and Y305.00 out of F,oad and Bridge No. 4.
