..I No. 5971. ORDER CORRECTING MOT4THLY EXPENSE REPORT FOR THE hIONTH OF JULY FOR COUNTY JUD^.E.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by the court the monthly
expense report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, Kerr County, Texas for the. month of July
1952. It appearing to the court that order No. 5711 so indicated that said report approved
expenditures of X501.20 as being the total expenses during the month of July, 1952, and
actually such report covered the first six months of traveling expenses of ~nrhich January was
figured at x;50.00 per month and February to July, 1952, inclusive, were figcired at75.00 each,
and that this order No. 5711 should be amended to anprove said report of traveling expenses
for the Pirst six months of 1952. Therefore by motion duty made by Goff seconded by Guthrie
and unanimously approved by the court that said order No. 5711 be corrected to read "To approve
the actual and necessary expense of ~j501.20 ~.vhich covers W1.20 postage for the month of July
and X500.00 to cover the first six months traveling expenses of 1952.

No. 5972. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953 came on to be considered by th.e court the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County General Fund, since the last term oP this court, and
it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fund should be approve
for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell a.nd unanimously
approved by the court that the claims and accounts filed herein be ordered s,pproved for payment
out of their respective funds as filed therein.

No. 5973. INCREASE IPd PAUPER ALLO'JANCE TO SALLIE BUTCHER.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the
necessity to increase the pauper allowance of Sallie Butcher from ,10.00 to ;15.00 a month.
It appearing to the court thAt said payments should be made on the last of each month beginning
February 28th, 1953 and continuing for each month thereafter until further determined by the
court. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by
the court that the pauper allowance to Sallie Butcher be increased from ._"'10.00 to X15.00 per
month beginning February 28th 1953, and the last of each month thereafter ur.~til further deter-
mined by the court. The County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in the amount of X15.00 each month, out of the General Fund. of Kerr County,
Texas, to Sallie Butcher.

No. 5974. PAYMENT OF 3 MONTHS RENTAL ON ROLLER R. I. C. CONTRCTORS.
This the 11th day of February A. D. 1953, came onto he considered by the court the rental
due on a ten ton flat wheel tandem gasoline driven roller, used for three months by cormiss-
inners of Precinct No. 2 and 4, at an agreed rental of ,?18t;.00 per rronth. It appearing to
the court that the 3 months rental of ?540.00 together with the moving of the equipment from
Bandera to Kerrville in the amount of .;;70.00 should be paid enually opt of x.err County Lateral
Road and Bridge No. 2 and Road and Bridge No. 4 to the R. I. C. Contractors, Lessors. There-
fore by motion duly made by Po~sell, seconded by Doff and unanimously approved by the court that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the
amount of ~61C.00 payable to R. I. C. Contractors of Bandera; x305.00 out of Kerr County
Lateral Road and Bridge PSo. 2 and X305.00 oGt of road and Bridge No. 4.
