D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the various -~ indebtedness due Kerr Co~.nty Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2 for the prorata paving performed on the written recuest of the property o~+~ners along Shady Grove Drive in Shady Clrove Addition. It appearing to the court that there remains approximately X1000.00 or n;ore unpaid to said precinct for such work, and that the ';ounty Attorney should be directed to proceed to collect any balances due and unpaid. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court that the County Attorney be and is hereby directed to proceed with the collection of any unpaid balances due Cornniissioners Frecinct no. 2 by said property owners along Shady Grove Drive. o -o -o -o -o -o -o -o -o-o -o No. ::976. D. 1953, came on to be considered by the court the re- euest of Lee 3off Commissioner Precinct No. 4 to clean out the silt and debris accumulated in the Ingram Lake. ;Nherefore the court is of the opinion that the labor and use of machinery ~+ro uld cost in the vacinity of j2500.00 which could be expended from the flood control fund of Kerr County and that this measure would be beneficial to the health of the comrr:unity of Ingram. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court that Lee Goff, Com-:issioner Precinct No. 4 be and is hereby authorized to make r_eecessary repairs to said dam and to proceed with the cleaning out of the silt and debris collected behind the Ingram Dam, which is detrimintol to the health conditions of said corrmunity.
