AGtiINST THE ISSUANCE OF THE BOTDS AND THE LEVYING OF THE TAX IN FAYMENT THEREOF.
Each voter shall mark out with black ink or black pencil one of the above expressions,
thus leaving the other as indicating his vete.
The said election shall be held under the provisions of Chapter 1, Tit]Le 22, Revised
Statutes, 1925, and the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and on]_y Qualified voters
who own taxable property in said County and who have duly rendered the same; for taxation,
shall be allowed to vote.
A copy of this order signed by the County Judge of said County and attested by the County
Clerk of said County shall serve as proper notice of said election.
The County Judge is authorized and directed to cause said notice of the election to be
posted up at the County Courthouse door in each election precinct at least fifteen (15) da^s
prior to the date of said election.
The County Judge is further authorized and directed to cause said notice of election to be
published in some newspaper of general circulation published within said County, on the same
day in each of two (2) successive weeks, the date of the first publication to be not less
than fourteen (14) full days prior to the date set for said election.

No. 5980. ADVANCEMENT OF X500.00 TO COUNTY CLERK FUND.
This the 25th day of February, A. D. 1953, came on to be presented to the court by
Lawrence ;tephens, County Clerk, the necessity for an advancement to the County Clerk funds
to assist in the payment of his deputies and,lor assistants in compliance with Article 3932,
R. C. S. It appearing to the court that said officer is entitled to said advancement and that
same should be made from the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore by ;:otion duly made by
Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the court that the advancement of
X500.00 be paid out of the General Fund of Kerr County, to the County Clerks Fund of Kerr
County as per article 3932, R. C. S.
