Schreiner (Unin- corporated), Kerrville, Texas; Dewar Robertson & Pancoast, San Antonio, 'Texas; Rauscher, Fierce s, Company, San Antonio and Dallas; R. J. Edwards, Inc., San Antonio and Dallas, Texas; The Columbian Securities Corporation of Texas, San Antonio, Texas, and Dittmar & Company, San Antonio and Dallas, Texas. It appearing to the court that Dittmar and Company had the lowest bid with an average interest at the rate of 2.459 per cent with a net interest cost of X41,595.00 and that Kerr County should accept and sell the X200,000.00 bonds to Dittmar & Company of San Antonio and Dallas, Texas, as per contract duly executed and entered herewith.
